Magasin Du Nord make “Goodie” on retention

Goodie members track progress between 4 tiers, redeem incentives, obtain their digital loyalty card, access personalised offers and shop online all from their centralised member hub. And with over half a million members and 100 thousand app downloads in the first week, it's proven a winning recipe for the iconic Danish brand.
